Getting started
- Tap Add Habit (the + button).
- Give it a name, an icon and a color.
- Pick a goal: done or not (like "Make the bed"), a count (like 8 glasses of water or 20 pages), or a time (like 10 minutes of meditation).
- Pick a schedule: every day, specific weekdays (like Mon, Wed, Fri), or a number of times per week on any days you like.
Your habit now shows up on the home screen as a card.
Checking in
Tap the check-in button on a habit's card. For a count habit, each tap adds one until you reach your goal for the day. Tap a card to open its details, with your streak, stats and history graph.
Forgot to check in yesterday? Long-press the card and use the Yesterday menu.
Tapped by mistake? Long-press the card to undo or remove a check-in.
How streaks work
- Every day: 3 days in a row start a streak, and a missed day ends it.
- Specific weekdays: only your planned days count. Other days never break your streak.
- Times per week: reach your number between Monday and Sunday. 2 weeks in a row start a streak.
- Today never breaks a streak: you have until midnight.
Tap the ⓘ next to a habit's streak to see the rules for that habit.
Changing or deleting a habit
Long-press a card, or open the habit and use its ••• menu, then choose Edit or Delete Habit. If you change a goal or schedule, your past days and streaks stay as they were. Deleting a habit removes it and its history, and can't be undone.
Your data
Where are my habits stored? Only on your iPhone. There is no account and no sign-up.
Does it sync to my other devices? Not yet. Your habits are included in your normal iCloud or computer backup of your iPhone, so restoring that backup on a new phone brings them back.
What does Streek send? Only anonymous usage statistics, never your habit names or notes. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I delete everything? Delete the app.
Requirements
An iPhone with iOS 26 or later.
Choosing a habit tracker
What should I look for in habit trackers?
Start with the routines you want to build. A useful tracker should fit your goals and schedule. In Streek, each habit tracks a completed action, a count, or time. Choose every day, specific weekdays, or a number of times per week. You can change your goal or schedule without changing past days or streaks.
Can I use Streek as an accountability app?
Yes, for personal accountability. Set a goal, check in, and review the days you showed up. Your streak and history graph help you follow through on your own routine, whether you want to read, exercise, or make time for meditation.
How does the progress tracker work?
Tap a habit card to open its details. The history graph shows the weeks since you started, alongside your current streak, totals, and best day. Use these records to review your consistency over time.
Is Streek a free habit tracker?
Yes. Streek is free, needs no account, and has no ads. It runs on an iPhone with iOS 26 or later. Your habit names, notes, and check-ins stay on your iPhone; see the Privacy Policy for details about anonymous usage statistics.
